Summer Season 2026 Courses:

BACK TO BASICS :

UNA University brings back the well-known ”Back to Basics” where we go into the basics of creating your personal trust. If you have been wanting to understand what is going on within the system and how to protect yourself, this is the course that you need to join.

We make sure that you fully understand the process of becoming sovereign and how to stand. By the end of this seminar, you will actually have created your trust and be ready to put it on file and make your sovereignty authentic.

Time: Requirements Must be completed within 30 days of enrollment

Law & History:

This course explores the relationship between Universal Law, historical events, and societal development. Students will examine how foundational principles have shaped civilizations throughout history, with a focus on the history of the land known as America and the impact of foreign influence, colonization, and governance.

By the end of this course, students will:

• Understand how Universal Laws influence historical events and societal structures

• Examine key historical events through the lens of natural and universal principles

• Gain a deeper understanding of the history of the land known as America

• Analyze the effects of foreign intervention, invasion, and governance on nations and peoples

• Develop critical thinking skills for evaluating historical narratives

Overstanding Legal:


This course provides students with a foundational understanding of the hierarchy of laws and their practical application. Students will learn how laws are structured, how to identify protections available to them, and how to navigate interactions with various entities while preserving their rights and interests.

By the end of this course, students will:

• Understand the hierarchy and authority of different forms of law

• Identify laws that protect natural and God-given rights

• Learn strategies for navigating legal and administrative environments

• Develop skills for researching and interpreting legal sources

• Gain confidence in applying legal principles to everyday situations

Banking IV – Advanced Trust Structuring:


This advanced course continues the work established in Banking III and is designed for students who are actively developing sophisticated trust structures. Students will deepen their understanding of trust architecture, strategic planning, and advanced estate structuring techniques.

By the end of this course, students will:

• Expand upon the trust-building principles introduced in Banking III

• Understand the components of complex trust structures

• Learn advanced strategies for trust administration and organization

• Develop long-term estate planning frameworks

• Continue constructing and refining sophisticated trust systems

UNA University Sessions are held on-line via Zoom where we record all sessions. Access to the UNA Law Library as well as class archives, are granted to Students that are in Good Standing. To maintain Good Standing, Students are required to:

(1) Show up to class and participate,

(2) Pass tests and turn in assignments, and

(3) Make monthly payments on time.

Should you enroll in our Financing Program, you will be committing for a minimum term of two (2) seasons (total of 6 months) whereby you will pay $555.55 per month and agree to a public promissory note as well as a private promissory note in the amount of $10,000 as a gift to UNA to cover the cost of financing.

Once you are ready to enroll, please click the “Submit” button below which will give you the opportunity to pay for your enrollment. Once you have made your enrollment payment, you will be redirected to the page where you may enter your information into the UNA University Database. Once you have entered your information into the database, you will be directed to the links for the Public Promissory as well as the Private Security Agreement with your information in them. Please fill the document in and click submit so that we will have your enrollment OFFICIALLY on record. Please note that your enrollment will become official once your enrollment payment clears.
