
Enrollment Indemnity Form
This Indemnity Agreement ("Indemnity") is entered into by and between United Nations from America ("UNA") and the undersigned individual ("Student") as of the date of acceptance by the Student, whereby Student acknowledges:
1. UNA University Enrollment
1.1. Student is enrolling in the United Nations from America (UNA) University for a term of six (6) months.
1.2. Student agrees to abide by the terms of the Student Agreement and the Promissory Note of the UNA University.
1.3. Student agrees that student is eligible to attend all classes during enrollment provided that Student has met all prerequisites for said course.
2. Student Duration and Requirements
2.1. Student agrees that "Good Standing" involves:
Attending Class
Completing Assignments and Homework
Passing Tests and Quizes, and
Making Tuition Obligations on time
2.2. Student agrees to communicate with University within stipulated timeframes.
3. Use of Trust Information
3.1. All Documents and information provided as part of Enrollment are intended for educational and informational purposes only. They are not to be considered legal advice, and UNA makes no representations or warranties regarding their legality, validity, or applicability to any specific legal situation.
3.2. Student acknowledges that UNA is not a law firm and does not act as their attorney or provide legal services. Documents and education are provided as templates, and it is the Student's responsibility to seek independent legal counsel if they intend to use them for any legal purpose.
4. Non-Refundable Donations
4.1. Student understands and agrees that any funds paid to UNA for the Enrollment are considered non-refundable donations to UNA, a private non-profit trust organization.
5. Signature Authorization
5.1. Student authorizes UNA to place Student's signature on Documents prepared by UNA, as necessary for filing and recording purposes to allow UNA to fulfill its duties to Student.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. Student acknowledges that participation in the Enrollment program and the use of Documents are voluntary and at their own risk.
6.2. Student agrees to indemnify and hold harmless UNA, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the Student's use of the program, Documents, or breach of this Indemnity.
7. Video/Audio Release
7.1. Student authorizes UNA to use, edit, copy, exhibit, distribute and use any videos, audios or transcripts (Materials) of Student for any lawful purpose.
7.2. Student authorizes the use of Materials to extend to all languages, formats, and media that have been discovered now or will later be discovered.
7.3. The term of this authorization is indefinite and will be active for all time to come.
7.4. Student waves the right to approve and/or inspect a product where Student or Student’s likeness appears.
7.5. Student waives all rights to compensation and royalties in any form when it comes to the use of the Materials indicated in this form.
7.6. Student consents that the Materials are the sole property of UNA and shall not be returned to Student.
7.7. Student releases UNA and all associates from any liability, petitions, and causes of actions caused by Student or by Student’s heirs, executives or any other party and will hold UNA harmless.
8. Communications
8.1. UNA is aware that Student is providing U.S. notes/credits and the above listed private instruments to provide the most efficient and beneficial outcome to UNA within the knowledge, skill set, and experience of Student. If at any time Student is unable to continue as agreed above, or UNA is presented with the ability to provide Student with a more efficient and beneficial service, the parties shall communicate such changes within three (3) days of such change. If changes are agreed upon by both parties at the time of communication, such changes must be expressed in writing and signed by both parties to be lawfully binding. It is the duty of both parties to ensure that such writings are complete and signed.
8.2. It is imperative that the parties maintain open and consistent communication. Failure to communicate creates disharmony and imbalance, undermining the purposes of the Agreement. If UNA or the Student feels that a breach or dissatisfaction has occurred or will occur, the discontented party must inform the other party by verbal or written communication within three (3) days of the “occurrence”. The parties are contracting and proceeding as sovereigns having attained the age of majority and are held accountable to conduct themselves as such. If the Student fails to respond to a communication within fourteen (14) days, or misses classes without prior express communication of good cause for such absence, this Agreement will terminate on the fifteenth day of non-response, or the day of the second missed meeting or event. Upon such termination, any deliverables from the Student are not refundable and will be considered a gift from the Student to UNA.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
9.1. This Indemnity shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UNA's Trust in which UNA's jurisdiction has been established.
10. Entire Indemnity
10.1. This Indemnity constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings.
