Special Seminar Indemnity Agreement

This Indemnity Agreement (“Indemnity”) is entered into by and between United Nations from America (“UNA”) and the undersigned individual (“Participant”) as of the date of acceptance by the Participant, whereby Participant acknowledges and agrees as follows:

 

1. Seminar Participation

 

1.1. Participant is enrolling in a one-day live Zoom seminar hosted by UNA.

 

1.2. The seminar will be held on the date and time listed on the registration and payment page. If Participant is unable to attend the live session for any reason, a recording of the seminar will be provided to the email address used during registration.

1.3. Access to the seminar and/or recording is granted upon successful completion of registration and payment.

 

2. Participant Responsibilities

2.1. Participant agrees that participation includes:

Attending Class

  • Attending the live seminar or reviewing the provided recording

  • Conducting themselves respectfully during the session

  • Taking full responsibility for how the information is interpreted or applied

2.2. Participant agrees to communicate with UNA in a timely manner regarding access or participation concerns.

 

3. Educational Purpose & Disclaimer

 

3.1. All information, discussions, presentations, and materials provided during the seminar are for educational and informational purposes only.

 

3.2. UNA does not provide legal, financial, tax, or professional advice, and no information presented during the seminar shall be construed as such.

3.3. Participant acknowledges that UNA is not a law firm, financial institution, or government agency and does not act as Participant’s attorney, advisor, or fiduciary.

 

4. Use of Information at Own Risk

 

4.1. Participant acknowledges that any use or application of information obtained during the seminar is voluntary and undertaken at Participant’s own risk.

4.2. UNA makes no representations or warranties regarding outcomes, results, legality, accuracy, or applicability of the information presented.

4.3. Participant agrees that it is their sole responsibility to seek independent professional counsel before acting on or relying upon seminar content.

 

5. Non-Refundable Registration Fee

 

5.1. Participant understands and agrees that all payments made for this seminar are final and non-refundable.

5.2. Due to the digital nature of this event and immediate access to materials and recordings, no refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be issued for any reason, including inability to attend the live session.

6. Video / Audio / Media Release

 

6.1. Participant authorizes UNA to record the seminar and to use, edit, reproduce, distribute, and publish any video, audio, written, or transcript materials (“Materials”) that may include Participant’s image, voice, likeness, or statements.

 

6.2. Participant waives the right to inspect, approve, or request edits to the Materials.

6.3. Participant waives all rights to compensation, royalties, or ownership of the Materials in any form.

6.4. All Materials are the sole property of UNA and may be used in all formats, languages, and media now known or later developed.

6.5. Participant releases UNA and all associated parties from any claims or liabilities arising from the use of the Materials.

7. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

7.1. Participation in the seminar is voluntary, and Participant assumes all risks associated with participation and use of the seminar content.

7.2. Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless UNA, its trustees, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from:

  • Participation in the seminar

  • Use or misuse of seminar information

  • Technical issues beyond UNA’s reasonable control

8. Communications

8.1. The parties agree to maintain reasonable and timely communication regarding seminar access or participation.

8.2. Failure to attend the seminar or review the provided recording does not relieve Participant of the obligations under this Indemnity.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

 

9.1. This Indemnity shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and jurisdiction of UNA’s Trust, as established by UNA.

 

10. Entire Indemnity

 

10.1. This Indemnity constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding this seminar and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, or understandings.

 

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Participant has executed this Indemnity Agreement as of the date of acceptance by completing registration and submitting payment for the seminar.
