This Indemnity Agreement ("Indemnity") is entered into by and between United Nations from America ("UNA") and the undersigned individual ("Member") as of the date of acceptance by the Member, whereby Member acknowledges:

1. LUMINOSITY Membership Enrollment

1.1. Member is enrolling in the LUMINOSITY membership plan. By enrolling in the LUMINOSITY membership plan, the Member is eligible to receive two (2) weekly Texts and two (2) Emails, one (1) weekly Live Zoom Class, and access to two (2) Private Pre-Recorded Videos per month. Additionally, the Member will have direct communication with UNA University staff and discounted consultation services throughout the membership.

1.2. Member agrees to abide by the terms of the Membership Agreement and the Promissory Note of the UNA University.

1.3. Member may unsubscribe and cancel their membership plan at any time by notifying UNA University.

2. Membership Duration and Requirements

2.1. Member agrees that "Good Standing" involves maintaining timely communication and meeting all membership obligations, including donation requirements.

3. Use of Trust Information

3.1. All information provided as part of the LUMINOSITY membership is for educational and inspirational purposes only. UNA makes no representations regarding its legality, validity, or application to any specific situation.

3.2. Member acknowledges that UNA is not a law firm, and UNA’s educational materials are not legal advice. It is the Member's responsibility to seek independent legal counsel if they intend to use them for any legal purpose.

4. Non-Refundable Donations

4.1. Member understands and agrees that any funds paid to UNA for the LUMINOSITY membership are considered non-refundable donations to UNA, a private non-profit trust organization.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. Member acknowledges that participation in the LUMINOSITY membership program is voluntary and at their own risk.

5.2. Member agrees to indemnify and hold harmless UNA, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of the membership program or breach of this Indemnity.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

6.1. This Indemnity shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UNA's Trust in which UNA's jurisdiction has been established.

7. Entire Indemnity

7.1. This Indemnity constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings.
